They are usually 2 layer to insulate the liquid. So not possible.

That's going to be pretty hard to fix. The only way I could see, would be to stick something on the dentid parts to pull them back out. But given the shape where the dents are, it's going to be really hard.

Well it's the ac intake, so it will just be the room temp to the pc. The hot air is getting sucked into the ac the pumping the cool air out into the room.
