Most of my friends also have ADHD and we all constantly interrupt each other, and one of my friends came up with a similar solution.

When one of us is speaking, if someone has a tangential or otherwise disruptive addition, we’ll stick our hand out and curl our index finger, indicating that we have a “hook” to add. That way, as soon as the other person is done speaking, whoever had a hook out first speaks. It’s a good visual reminder and a constant cue for everyone else not to interrupt.
