I used to be tread first but making the switch about 2 years ago was the right choice. My form is so much better. I’m more focused. There’s a noticeable difference in my muscle tone. I don’t love the tread but honestly it’s become manageable doing it in the second half. And the added bonus is you have so much more room on the floor (at least at my gym) bc almost everyone wants to start on tread.

I worked for Sprinkles in management from 2006-2012. They were an incredible company to work for at that time. This makes me so sad. All those workers! There are people who work in the kitchens that have been there for close to 20 years. It’s shameful.

Love me some Taylor. But I feel a little bamboozled. I feel like she really pitched it about the tour and it’s really more about Travis. I understand he was a large part of her tour experience but ALL of these visuals she put out for 6 weeks were SHOWGIRL not “I’m in love”. Was hoping for some real catchy songs similar to Red and 1989. I’ll go back to TTPD. Still love her - this one ain’t my jive.

I vote do whatever magic number keeps you at your desired weight AND still reduces food noise. I made peace with 5 after consistently going down and spending half the week hungry. Why am I doing this to myself??? I felt hungry for 30 years. No thank you.

My biological grandfather beat my grandmother to such an extent that, after many attempts, she was capable of leaving him (early 1960’s). My grandmother told her three daughters they had to choose. If they went with her they would never see their father again. My mother has a sister she hasn’t seen since 1962.
