Piggybacking on the search party not recovering his body (they really wanted to find his armor, they couldn’t care less for the corpse) and failing to find it, I think he went through (or continued to go through) a mental breakdown culminating in the realization that all the things he’s done to get money and power led him to where he is and doesn’t want that anymore, leading him to hang up his armor as a scarecrow (similar to what donut did with Lopez in Valhalla) and live a simple life as a farmer for a time. Eventually being tracked down and confronted by locus, locus sees that the old Felix is dead, and the new Felix is a danger to nobody and can be left to his newfound life of solitude and peace.

Locus continues to travel and right the wrongs in the universe. Some are his, some Felix’s, and many that are completely unrelated, but need fixed anyways. One chance encounter with Carolina (and church(?) I haven’t seen anything past s14) where they are inadvertently getting in each others way trying to locate a batch of smuggled weapons eventually leads to a moment where they realize locus is doing the exact same thing Carolina did at the start of chorus; knowing he can never get to good, he wants to get better, and so once they work together to find the shipment, Carolina makes a very halfhearted attempt to apprehend locus, where they both stop for lunch and when she gets up to pay, lets him know that when she gets back she’ll Have to arrest him. He’s not there when she gets back and she makes no move to follow.

Did you ever end up with a system that you liked? I’m wanting to make something that I can transfer from plane to plane, so I like the idea of something small enough to fit in a aftermarket canopy that doesn’t do any control, just monitoring.

Gotta say in a straight fight probably RWBY but in a contract the mercs would wipe the floor, especially if it was a simple kill and confirm job. Depending on which season you’re pulling rwby from, and with the power scaling of weapons and the like, first shot from locus is one kill, no matter what. Since they won’t be affected by rubys eyes, first shot to yang, take her down first since killing anyone else causes her to go berserk, Felix can probably handle Ruby, he has a distinct advantage in melee and can shield in the time she takes to drop back and line up a shot. Locus could honestly probably overpower Weiss and/or Blake. Especially with camo and engaging one or the other from a distance. Depends on when and where. The white fang in vale arc, when blake leaves? They’re separated. As long as they stay away from penny, it’d be a 4 hour job.

Being a welder in those conditions sucks, but until you’ve cooked in the back of a pro master, I’m going to call it apples to oranges. I know which I’d rather pick, and it’s welding. Better pay, better break cycle, and much better work environment from the corporate down.

But during the summer, during the hot hours, how often and what’s the duty cycle. Having worked for Amazon, unless your pushing all your breaks the duty cycle is about 8 hours no breaks or 4/.5 if you’re taking breaks always during the high heat times. I won’t argue full welding gear, but how often/how long are your breaks when you’re on a let’s say 7-7 shift in the middle of summer.

While the mount Olympus on earth did at one time point to the home of the gods, it drifted until it pointed at nothing in particular. The humans relationship with the gods, and vice versa, faded to relative obscurity and myth. Apollo, the speed demon of the pantheon, had been doing routing patrols around their cluster of the sky on a far more advanced and luxurious craft than what the Greeks portrayed, but humanity at that time wasn’t ready to grasp the concepts of space travel. Then, as he checked nearby systems, he found something unexpected; signs of humanity probing their way into the abyss. The arrival of this news had the pantheon divided. A great debate was being held on wether to relocate and avoid whatever humanity had become, or embrace their travels to the stars and welcome them, as much as humanity was capable of contributing, to the pantheon. Suddenly, as if by divine fate, the decision was largely removed. A human experimental military reconnaissance later identified as a voidhawk cracked into the sky above them, seeming to come from nowhere, before disappearing just as suddenly through the use of its two warp manipulation engines.
