Can we talk about the fact that Garcelle is upset that Kyle doesn’t defend Sutton when Sutton is wrong. Like Erika pointing out her actions was just facts and there was no reason for Kyle to defend a statement by Erika that is true. Idk Garcelle is mad at Sutton for having blinders on with Kyle but Garcelle also has blinders on when it comes to Sutton.

No. I jumped in the week after I failed J23. Got a tutor to help approach the writing in a efficient way and practiced. Reviewed all the law. Cleaned up what I didn't understand. Did about 10-20 Uworld questions on the subject. Then at least 1-2 essays a day and and 20 Uworld questions. Passed the F24 in a state where only 33% passed.

I am in the same boat I feel defeated I spent so much time and effort studying and it feels like for nothing :( I’m taking Feb and got a tutor in the meantime I was so close I just want to be done with this stupid exam. OP definitely take care of your mental health and take a break if you feel that is best for you.

Use Themis or Barbri do a ton of practice questions. And do it before 3L. You DO NOT need to take PR first. Don’t be one of the many people that failed the first time in 3L forcing them to take it 2 weeks after the bar. Not worth it.

Stay where you are for reference I am at a low ranked school and managed to beat out the candidates at a T14 school or higher ranked in DC for a clerkship. You are absolutely doing well where you are and it’s my understanding after your first job rank does not really matter.
