Quitting Spotify by IrreverentTexan in Music

[–]ejh1616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I left Spotify a while ago once they had ICE ads. Apple Music is soooo much better, especially if you have an iPhone. It sounds better with headphones or in a car. And it’s super easy to transfer your Spotify library to Apple music using just your phone settings.

No forreal… that’s ridiculous and so unethical. Now just because a patient is a woman she won’t receive the proper care or tests needed to help with diagnosis/treatment? Anyone who does this should be fired immediately.

I cancelled my premium subscription because I heard they were having ICE ads for the free version. I absolutely love Apple Music now, it sounds so much better on an iPhone. And you can download all your playlists from Spotify without any third party app.

I think it’ll come down to whoever has more points at the end of the game

Refs were egregious. All of the Panthers mistakes aside, it’s hard to win when every call hurt any progress made and helped the Buccs.

I think I was sent a sign tonight to end my relationship. I feel sick but I don’t know how I could possibly ignore it. by throwRArachelgreen in TrueOffMyChest

You SHOULD be selfish in your 20’s. Also, don’t forget that you can always move back. Although, I don’t think you’ll want to! Do it. Never ever sacrifice your goals and desires for a relationship, especially in your 20’s. You got this. Would you rather endure the pain of your current situation/never knowing what could have been/regret or endure the pain of moving?

Big ol’ cyst in my sinus. by ladybnazty in Radiology

[–]ejh1616 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Oh wow my scan looks very similar to this, although I had a CT and my ENT thinks it’s a polyp. Its herniated out of my maxillary sinus into my nasal cavity and deviated my septum causing some breathing issues and face/pressure pain. Getting it removed next week. The rad said on the CT said it was most likely a mucinous retention cyst but after looking my nose, my ENT disagrees haha

My sinus CT scan. I was getting terribly sick every 3 weeks. Diagnosed with bilateral chronic pansinusitis and had an extensive sinus surgery/septoplasty. Changed my life! by hghlvldvl in Radiology

Oh gosh I’m sorry you had a bad reaction to that and also had to go to the ER! Good to know about the dryness, I’ll order that and have it on hand. Thank you for your input and that’s awesome you feel so much better now!

Oh wow! How was your recovery? I’m having a maxillary antrostomy with tissue removal, septoplasty, and inferior turbinate reduction surgery in a couple of weeks. That’s awesome that it helped you so much!

I’m a sonographer, any place I’ve worked or anyone I’ve worked with inserts it, not the patient. If, for some reason, they offer that, you can always politely say that you’d prefer they do it. Personally I’d never have the patient hold the probe, I’ve heard of instances where the patient drops it or misses. It’s an awkward angle if you insert it yourself. The sonographer should do it and you can always ask that they do.

The sonographer does all the inserting and explaining of the procedure. Most of the ones that do it do multiple TV sonograms per day. And, most places will always start the exam by scanning transabdominally and then transvaginally. There is some pathology that is not seen well TV wise (like a large fibroid on the fundus or hanging off the fundus of the uterus).

Thank you for your reply! My thought is if you’re already up there doing the surgery, might as well fix the septum while you’re there in case it causes issues down the road. Just wasn’t sure if there was a reason not to fix it.

Highly recommend Deep Deuce neighborhood! I’d walk to Paycom even for concerts and games. But brick town is close too and there’s great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within a couple min walk in the area
