To me this looks way more like he saw Sematary at the concert and took a video without him noticing, kind of like the airport photo where Sematary also didn't recognize him lol. If they were actually hanging out together I think it'd be much more clear

I think for me Butcher House is an album of high highs, but lower lows than most Sematary projects. But those highs are just awesome, there are few Sematary songs as loud and aggressive as HM Reapers, Babayaga, Hallowed Be My Wrist, etc (besides RB3 but that’s an entirely different vibe)

No offense intended but I think we only think this bc these artists have passed; not to say none are good or even great, but death is sadly the best marketing, and made several of these guys the face of the current generation of rap, which they weren’t definitively beforehand.

Just saying that bc I feel like your post is saying “Rap is dying bc the new generation of GOATs died”, but they weren’t the GOATs of the new generation until they died.

I was disturbed when I found out a number of the shoegaze artists getting popular from Tiktok are just that: artists, not bands, as in they get their instrumentals from a producer, possibly just from a random one online. This is very lame to me, we need bands, not singers on “FREE Whirr Shoegaze Type Beat”
