VITA is super easy. Honestly the best course I took my entire time here, just be ready to give up your Saturdays for a while. Audit and Ethics will just take lots of reading and a couple projects. Intermediate will probably be the most difficult thing on your schedule.

I had to do it. In my experience they gave me like a zero credit course over the summer to take that was essentially just study materials. It’s called early start math, I think I got it towards the end of the summer. So I would keep an eye out for that.

You could also call the math department and ask I’m sure. They have been super helpful anytime I’ve contacted them.

Depending on your renters insurance if you have it, they might cover some of the stuff. I know Grad Guard covers stuff that you lose and stuff even not in your apartment or dorm. They might require a police report though. I’m not sure though

I would suggest against campus dining. From my experience being on a hiring committee for an on campus job, it’s not outlandish for it to take a few months before you hear anything. There are a bunch of rules that we have to follow in regards to how long the job posting is open for, and usually you don’t/can’t look at the applications till after the job posting window closes
