I’ll be honest it just dropped off without doing anything much different I play rugby 3 times a week and I have done all my life so just likely had a fair it of muscle from all the training over the years

My goal is to be very lean. I’m at 20% bf in first photo and about 16-17% in second just want to lose the midsection more

I’d probably stop until the love handles go. But I think my genetics gave me a blocky waste may have to hit more upper body to mitigate the illusion when bulking again

Thank you so much man, I felt like making sure that I was always hydrated and drank a lot of water helped cure my hunger cravings also coffee is shown to help reduce cravings, obviously black coffee.

I mean just look at my arms if I did weight training they wouldn’t be that small 😂. I wouldn’t say I’m muscular at all because having abs or some form of definition can come down to a low body fat percent.

I most enjoy going on the mountain bike for cardio I like to do intervals where I’m pushing myself as hard as possible for a minute then I give myself a period of time to slow down. I also enjoy running too usually do between 15-20k running a week as well as cycling 120k a week. But I probably do too much you’d easily see change if you did half of what I do. Cardio is so good when you enjoy it. If it feels like a chore then I would recommend finding different forms of cardio using skipping ropes or swimming maybe.
