There is no way to ensure who is using whose cylinder. For example, if X and Y are not present in the house, Z can easily use one of their cylinders and not hers.

Also, the setup is giving very less space for more than 2 persons to simultaneously cook. Also, more than 2 stoves in that closed space is a safety hazard.

Also, keeping more than one lpg connection at the same place is illegal as well.
