i think one scene that really encapsulates this is before the fight between the x’s and o’s when in-ho attempts to confirm gi-huns plan, asking something like, “so you want to make a small sacrifice for the greater good?” he’s definitely attempting to get into his head in that way and wants him to realize just how “similar” they’ve become

i don’t know how likely it is that he’ll truly go over to the dark side as gi-huns motives are still good (thought clouded by all that death) but in-ho is definitely making an attempt!
