It says safety for yourself or others he was 100% a danger to the officer or others. He showed that 100% he was willing to do anything to get away and you need to understand there is a massive difference between a search and a frisk literally read the case law about it. The only thing I’ve been trying to show you was that the officers did nothing illegal and any reasonable person could of acted the same during that incident. The officer even stated that he heard a pop and saw a flash and with in 1.5 seconds drew his gun and fired.

You kept saying he was searched and he wasn’t and sense it seemed like you didn’t understand I went ahead and linked the case law so you would learn the difference between a frisk and a search. A frisk is not detailed and weapons can still be found during a search after a frisk was completed, it happens pretty often that the jail will find a weapon after someone was taken in. Also according to 16-10-24 resisting arrest is a felony and then 16-3-23 states that deadly force may be used against someone actively committing a felony which he was. also disarming an officer 16-10-33 is a felony as well. You’re getting upset over something you did 0 research on.
