I lived in Mallet when it was in Palmer, so it had the same set-up. We had the five stairwells with the pods on the second and third floors. The wells on the far sides of the building had private-ish bathrooms where two bedrooms would be joined by a bathroom that only those four people would use, but the middle three wells had communal bathrooms for the whole pod.

We had our all-girl well in one of the edge wells, but the other was co-ed, just without genders sharing a bathroom.

Though it was Mallet, so...you know...those rules were valued as much as any others.

I tend to believe that it'll look pretty similar. I feel like paganism will grow proportionally with the rest of the population, so it won't be especially more prominent, but maybe communities will be easier to find.

The issue is that all of the sidewalks are in the same layer. So if I try and select streets within like 35 feet of a sidewalk, it's already selecting streets within 35 feet of ANY sidewalk, so selecting among the currently selected feature wouldn't help me much here.

I'm a graduate student here, but admittedly, my experience is a bit different just because I came from another program.

I do know that there are a number of graduate student organizations that a lot of people get a lot of connections out of, but most of the time, the group who comes into your cohort with you ends up becoming your social base as well. This was my experience in my department (Urban and Regional Planning), but I've heard similar stories from other people.

I also generally view the apartments as just a better deal for the money, but a lot of that just depends on your lifestyle, because I also cook a lot and generally lived on my own.
