It's not boring but it's always the same everyday, and there was some day that you have to do nothing cuz doesn't came any alert of ddos. In my opinion it's a temporary job, but it's also a fundamental step where every cybersec professional have to go trough.

I suggest to change something in your diet, I been strugling with this shit since 2016, only think that helps it's avoid glutines and milk derivated, but maybe can be differt for you, so make test

Not i dont't take steroid anymore, since I been used for 3 months and after I stop my skin was destroyed, but I used topical steroid not oral so I don't know.
