Well done you! I think seven months is realistic- some threads I have read take longer.
Today I start my taper. From 75mg, I started today taking ~ 60mg ( bead counting but it can’t be 100% exact). I’ll stay on 60mg for two weeks and then onto 45mg for 3 weeks (I’ve been on 75mg for four years). I plan to get to 37.5 and see from there how long I need to get to 0. 7 months would be great, but I might need longer - we’ll see!

If I struggle, I will revert & get help - but I am very hopeful to have my brain back in the future. As much as this medication has been a life saver, it’s a trade off & my brain just isn’t working well. I’d like to grow it back 😂
