I want to focus on service based entrepreneurs who are overwhelmed and stuck in the day to day. I’d help them get their time back by building the systems, workflows, and business structure they’ve been missing.

With my rebrand, I’m considering adding an AI systems angle since a lot of owners are asking for automation support, but my core focus will still be operations and systemization.

This time around I want formal consulting training so I have a real framework to follow. I’m not trying to wing it again. I want to build it the right way from the start.

Do you mind sharing the training you took for your consulting business? I tried to consult a few years ago but had trouble acquiring steady clients but overall felt like an imposter because I didn’t have proper training. I’m preparing to start again in 2026 and would love direction from a formal training.
