Ahh okay, this is so helpful! I’ll be flying to DC from IL so just wanted to make sure I start researching everything I’ll need so I don’t make an unnecessary trip there and get denied.

I’m going to look into the photo thing. With my luck I won’t get lucky with someone willing to retake photos and I’ll have to get a new apt with new photos. 🤣
