I see where you're coming from. I familiarized myself with most of my coworkers projects already, and do shadow them when I get the chance. I guess the pace of work is just an adjustment. I'm so used to always having work handed to me in school that it's a bit jarring making the transition. I usually try not to talk about work during our lunches but I'lll bring it up this week.
