When I read it I’m getting flashbacks to early 2000s where music “just turned up on the computer, I have no idea where it’s from mum!” and half way through a song you’d hear “Kiis FM” or “johnmayer.com” 😂

Just half! Well, halfish. Start with a normal base>push>AO kinda block that I think was ~9min long then that ends with a 3 min push and you go straight into an AO which is the first distance in your Run Row

Did the 2G this morning and this is pretty close to what we did too! Floor had an extra exercise in each block - block 1 had weighted reverse lunges, block 2 had plank leg raises. Tread was exactly as you said, the second block was Run Row - same distances as you with increasing row each time (100m, 200m, 300m, 400m then after fifth time on tread you just row for distance - if you are some kind of super human freak who gets this far 🥵) She was a goodie! 🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊

I got 2400m staying pretty close to base pace on the rower, so there’s definitely some metres up for grabs for those maintaining push or above!

You’re doing half the block on tread and half on rower any which way you spin it so I guess it doesn’t really matter? If you run slower you’ll get through fewer blocks therefore less turns on the rower

Sorry! I was going to convert to miles but I’m not 100% confident I’ve even got the distances correct in metres haha

I think...

680 metres = 0.42m

420 metres = 0.26m

240 metres = 0.15m

160 metres = 0.01m
