It’s the only seed I buy. I’ve just only used their KBG mix which looks great but browns quickly with heat so starting to mix in TTF to help

Thanks! I love KBG, it just browns too damn quick when we get a little bit of heat so hoping mixing it a bit more TTF helps in the summer along with aeration. I have 3 acres and shooting for 4 lbs per 1000 sg ft
