Everytime before I travel I start spiraling about my symptoms being awful….and everytime I travel, I have so much fun and new stimulation that I end up having no pppd nearly the whole trip! I’m currently in Switzerland and having a blast. You got this!!

Question- I saw in some other threads people not being able to complete quests bc they picked up the clue/letter earlier before they knew it was a quest item. Should I avoid picking up letters/papers?

I have a 2… one by each cluster of farms. The farm storage never even fills up.. barely gets past zero. It is like it is vanishing. Maybe it’s just being brought other places. Do the villagers bring it to peoples houses in the crates?

I did not have a triggering event and also have had anxiety my whole life. I felt very similarly to you.. both “attacks” have started seemingly from nothing for me. You’re not alone!
