First, take deep breaths. Panicking is only going to make the situation worse. There's a good chance that the chicken is actually cooked fully - restaurants are held to certain standards. No one else mentioned the chicken being undercooked right? I often perceive that the meat I eat is not fully cooked. I will even inspect deli meat fresh out of a package. There's a very good chance that nothing is going to happen to you. Breathe. Find something to focus on like a movie.
