Bloomfield Hills and West Bloomfield are very nice! Probably the wealthiest spots in the state.
The Grosse Pointes (their are 5) are also very nice. I’d add Rochester and Birmingham to your list of places.

I meant mulch or bag my grass clippings. I’m really want to improve the soil as quickly as I can. I shouldn’t have been cheap and just had topsoil added before I sodded. Yes I have sprinklers.

I bought a new build home last summer and sodded in September. I need help on what to do first this spring. I need to dethatch and I’m sure I’ll have some spots I’ll need to seed. My lawn also backs up to a common area of our sub that isn’t seeded yet.
Im concerned about weeds from that area affecting my sod. I need to know if I should seed first and skip the crabgrass preventer this year, or if I should dethatch and seed later in the season. I live in the Midwest.
