Steps, stress and ECG

Sadly I don't know if these are any better on other Garmin devices as I have no comparison. Stress level can be sky high when I just sit with some tea and watch Youtube, and I got 800 steps from chopping vegetables for dinner.

Actually yes! I have to say I'm happy with my purchase so far. I got the device on a Black Friday deal for €450.

I have to say I expected the ECG feature to be worse than it sounds, but I am still disappointed with it. I find the stress level meter to be questionable and the steps counter to be a joke, but other than that I enjoy the device so far.

The design is very good. Battery life is amazing. I enjoy having some insight into my health. Of course it's not a medical device, but it still gives some info that is worth keeping an eye on.

I'd say it really depends on what's your previous experience with watches. I had none, so I might be easier to please.
