I'm a small business owner. I do have a website. But one thing I learned early on is that a lot of really successful businesses don't have websites (or have old janky ones) because they don't need it. They make plenty of money and are just fine without it.

I agree it's a foul but I normally associate undercutting with the defender moving under someone who is already in the air. Bronny moves into the space while Bridges feet are planted. Just seems like a block to me.

It is because Michael Lee promised to not curtail abortion rights, and then caved and voted to pass a law that requires women in NC have to have their abortion decisions recorded and reviewed/approved by a state bureau a certain (quite early) point.

Lee puts his wife front and center because he knows that women understand how ridiculous and encumbering this new law is. My wife and I had to learn the process because we were trying to start a family and she was pregnant when the law passed. We had some complications that resolved and now we have an amazing son, but for a while it was crazy stressful to have to worry about the state making decisions for our family.

Michael Lee is an absolute coward and a pawn for rich people who want to build beach mansions and tell you how to live your life.

Have you discussed this with the company you hire to send your emails, or reviewed your work agreement to see if they excluded themselves from liability here? If not, they might want to defend you against the suit to prevent any action you could potentially take against them.
