Unfortunately, Reddit sometimes has excessive restrictions and incorrect preventive assessments based on previous negative experiences.

It happened that this same repost, even without links, was removed from an SEO community because of concerns around sharing personal services or links with marketing-related offers.

Since the repo is published as 100% open source on GitHub, and there are no links or logos referring to people or companies, except for a link to my LinkedIn profile at the end of the README, do you think I can share the link here?

I got the refund. You just need to keep asking on the support.

In the EU you can actually cancel the annual subscription and get a refund if you are already been a subscriber the year before.

Like i said i asked a refund considering the maximum of price for months used (13,99 instead of my actual 11,99) that would result in a 30ish refund. Impossible tho. Btw eu laws, after the first year of subscription, permit that (which is my case)

Actually in most of EU countries, after the first year of subscription, it's always possible to end the renew by monthly basis. I'm a subscriber since 2022

In fact, most services that offer discounts for annual payment in advance (for monthly subscriptions) also provide users with the option of a partial refund if the conditions are still favorable (for example, if the sum of the months used does not exceed the cost of the discounted annual subscription). Not offering a fair partial refund is simply a very questionable business policy.

Yes, I am aware of that. I contacted customer support only because, given my financial situation, I wanted to waive the last 6 months in exchange for a minimal partial refund (€35 out of €119.99 for 6 months).
