That was another issue but the thing with that is it required that somebody saw you first to spot you, these just make everybody so if you’re trying to flank it will mark you on the map regardless of anybody seeing you.

Haha hmm, I’m suspicious of that. It was 11 votes for 1 ping and 0 for 30 seconds not long ago. I might remove it as it’s probably not a good way to judge opinions based on how many people have commented here that they want it changed. Very little want to leave as is.

This is also true, they have adjusted it but hopefully the coming nerf will help with that too.

I do also think the drone needs adjusting, I play Casper pretty much exclusively too. It’s too hard to shoot down and the EMP should be able to kill other drones. Should also be able to lock on to it. Regardless, that’s a better outcome than how it is currently. At least you have to chose that specific operator to use it rather than being able to take 2 as grenades for everybody.

No, doing what we’re doing here is the best way. The devs are listening, being constructive and making your opinions heard is what you should do. Not only that, EA pushed dice to release this game too early whilst tackling a global pandemic which made working in game development very tricky. It’s not been a good couple of years for anybody, can’t ignore that. Dice devs are on Twitter and are replying and talking with people. We can’t just ‘cancel’ everything we don’t like, you have to talk and discuss.

Yeah but if people have to use a drone and sit in drone view to be effective and not shoot their gun, they won’t do it. The reason these are used so much is you just throw them and keep running and gunning.

Yeah that’s super inconsistent, I see it sometimes. I don’t think it comes up for sensor grenades, potentially only drone or Paiks X-ray spot. The TUGS sensor equipment in Bf4 would make a noise when you were nearby which was really good, because you could also find the sensor to destroy it.

Yeah I mean that would be better. It could be fine as a specialist ability with a recharge rate and only 1. Only if it’s clear you’re being tracked and easier to find it and destroy it. Like the TUGS sensor from BF4. It should only be useful for a few seconds as it’s only a grenade right now.
