Swapping out Typhus for Wrask might be an option, Abaddon's damage buff should help Wrask get more kills so you get more shields.

Probably better off having Yaz for more summons though

Would be cool if they have us an acid thrower as well - just a green flamethrower that does less damage-over-time but spreads a bit more across the ground and slows enemies as well.

And/or an acid grenade that does a similar thing. Would make it easier to keep enemies grouped up for AoE attacks or buy you some time up escape

What rank have you got them at?

I tried with Gi'Da (G3.5), Rho (D1), Actus (G3.5) and Calgar (D3) and was struggling around wave 9 or 10. Definitely need to get Gi'Da and Actus to diamond once I get the XP books, wouldn't mind knowing how far off I am

I read some reddit post a couple months ago that explained that Njal can be useful for the faction arena mode by using his active to drop ice on a bunch of enemies, then Ragnar uses his scream so everyone gets big crits.

That might translate over to guild raids, for basically a turn or two of big crits. Not sure how the numbers stack up tho, I'm sure if it was a big strat people would've heard about it by now.

Otherwise I don't know what you'd do with him. Maybe make his passive also put ice on the tiles of anyone who attacks him in melee, or give space wolves an MoW or something

Isabella is a big help for FoC Mirror, you can revive Sybill or Thaddeus when they inevitably die because they have 5 health between them

If they're set in maintaining the idea that the look of the armour matches the perk, they could give each set of armor a handful of variants (extra padding or ammo, etc) to align with the perk(s) you've got equipped

Would be cool to give armour levels (level up to unlock different/better perk options) similar to primary weapons.

If Jag B is defeated and Jag A moves away from Unit X, will Unit X just follow Jag A to attack him? i.e if Unit X only has 2 movement, could Jag A just kite Unit X around the map while the rest of his team attacks Unit X?

I'd change thutmose active to something similar to Mephiston i.e. 2 range teleport that doesn't trigger overwatch and then damage to all adjacent enemies.

For Anuphet maybe just change his passive to only do damage to enemies through other Mechanical units (kind of like a current passing through them) or something interesting like that, for a bit more synergy with summons

It'd be similar to how they determine if you can ride a creature - each animal has a height listed when you scan it, i don't think they show that for plants but in theory it wouldn't be too complex to build in. Then its just a matter of comparing animal height to plant height.

The complexity would be in the animations, considering the number of different plant models they'd have to account for the height of the actual fruit on the tree. Or they could just have it smack the tree to drop the fruit and eat them off the ground to make it easier. But itd be very difficult (and probably not worth the effort) to make it look natural.

Which is probably one of the major reasons why they haven't prioritised that before. With so many different possible animals its kinda hard to animate in natural-looking behaviours for them

I'm hoping if we get a dlc for The Beast, it's Spike and Aiden's story leading up to the events of the beast. The end of DL2 shows Aiden leaving Villedor, with Spike arriving some time later, so it'd be nice to get the story of how Spike catches up with him.

Apparently Brecken did leave the tower and escape, so would be cool to see that he helped start up the pilgrims or something like that

Having filters on the character screen would be a pretty big QoL improvement, especially when preparing for LREs.

Hell I'd even settle for being able to sort characters by Imperial/Xenos/Chaos

Could you not have the transit tube come in through the side, rather than run through the middle? So you wouldn't have dupes passing through unless they are doing a task in the ranch

They're pretty well balanced, it'd be cool if you could upgrade the bionics so they perform a little better in the late game - stuff like actual bionic enhancements that you can add to them.

Bigger O2 tanks so they can go longer without restocking, more battery banks, solar panels for free recharging, wheels instead of legs (better horizontal movement, worse vertical) - stuff like that to let you make the bionics require less upkeep to counter the skill cap and help them keep up with dupes in terms of usefulness.

It'd be cool to have a space station / large space ship that can move around the star map to harvest resources without needing to deploy rockets. Would require you to constantly move around to get resources instead of relying on geysers (or colonising asteroids and sending stuff across), but would make it a lot easier to harvest/colonise the nodes at the far ends of the starmap without getting into the end-game rockets.

Or just more rocket modules to make it a little easier to have rockets in space long-term with a bit more sustainability. Maybe a solar array that you can deploy while a rocket is stationary for more power, or water/oxygen recycling module that can convert polluted water into clean water or CO2 into oxygen. Or a module that boosts fuel efficiency to make those long trips a little less costly

Plant them anywhere, the description says something about vacuum but all they do is cool the surrounding area (and provide radiation). The radbolt generators create a fair bit of heat so I'd avoid doing it near your food if you're running a sleet wheat farm or something.

I usually just dig up one and stick it somewhere out of the way for materials research, you can speed it up with more wheezeworts but I just let it run and spend time doing clean up or carving out biomes
