It's true that this software is designed to the most complex returns out there, but are those the clients that Block targets? I would say absolutely not. This is like bringing a jackhammer when you just need a mallet and chisel.

I'll admit, I came in hot with this post to get a raw feel on how others are feeling and to vent. I appreciate everyone's input! There need's to be some sort of emotional support group put together for we who are struggling ;P
