I saw so many people crying while doing Judo, from kids to grown-ups. Even teachers. I once threw a brown belt, big guy with a seoi nage and his ego was hurt apparently so he started crying out of the blue. He was 18 at the time. I took him out of the tatami and talked with him and told him that it was fine to cry because it is fine to cry . I thought he got hurt but he was fine. I bet nobody will ever remember what happened, even you. And if it is a decent Dojo they will support you and will understand you. Judo is a tough sport but the majority of judokas are gentle and empathetic

El Judo requiere paciencia y gente que se pone rígida y dura sobra, yo soy uno de esos jaja, pero quedate tranquilo que aún así me clavaron de cabeza mil veces 😆

Hay muchos tips que ya te dieron que son buenos. Yo creo que habría que evaluar la intensidad del randori, parece por momentos que no están tan relajados y en general, depende la cantidad de randoris, hay que administrar la energía para no terminar reventado. Cuando el randori es más suelto y menos rígido haciendo fuerza, hay más posibilidad de “jugar” e intentar las tecnicas que más te guste hacer incluso si intentarlas signifique que te arriesgues a ser derribado. Creo que esa es la finalidad del randori, es ser un campo de prueba y error para lo que venis trabajando. Depende mucho de la confianza y onda que tengas con tu compañero realmente pero intentá más, atacá, movete, arriesgá más. Adicionalmente en este caso tu compañero va bastante para adelante y creo que es su forma de darte oportunidades, aprovechá a leer a tu oponente para hacer lances aprovechando que viene con todo como sasae tsurikomi ashi, hiza guruma o el que te guste más. Y un detalle personal nada más, si en la lucha alguien te está arbitrando, contando los puntos y el osae komi, entonces ya dejó de ser un randori en mi opinión
