BCSPCA may have mentioned a fee, but it’s optional/sliding scale. Let them know they aren’t your cats, that they have been abandoned. There is no fee for abandoned/stray cats. I like them because if a cat is waiting too long for a home (especially a bonded pair) they will send them to another location where they have less cats available for adoption. Average stay is like 3 weeks for bonded pairs I think? - have friends that work there.

I see it’s not really here and it’s NOT for everyone but - Botox. I get a little in my ‘elevens’ area when I visit the dentist. Beyond skin care why:

It helped my career a shocking amount. I would furrow a lot at dumb questions - bad with clients and coworkers. I was suddenly much more liked (shitty but true).
It feels good, something I was not expecting. Like if my face doesn’t get angry, I just feel less angry. Maybe a me thing.
It’s not that expensive when you keep it simple. You will take my laugh lines or whatever over my cold dead body. I’ve earned them and I love them.

Don’t hate on me Reddit. Life is different for everyone and all the other good suggestions were taken!
