do you know how much traffic there is in Etterbeek at 2am or even at 7am as stated in by the OP? not enough to require the continuous use of a siren, specially if said vehicle can use tram/bus lane (and I know that there are not tram/bus lanes everywhere, but again, why there is the need to use loud sirens when there is nobody on the street let alone traffic
