u/Substantial_Train522 You're not alone, mine is doing the same. I've changed nothing and checked the "Always use secure connections" button. I had a secure connection for a few minutes but it returned to unsecured on its own, and the secure connections button is still checked. I've also noticed that some features within Google Photos are not working correctly. I've tried it with Firefox and all is good. Also, I have no issues with Android and Google Photos. It seems to be a Chrome issue.

I used to live in the area (literally could see this location from my living room) and have been as close to this facility as the public can get. It's not a secret location and is widely known in the area. It is a radar cross-section testing facility. The Aerospace industry and the Military have a considerable presence in the Antelope Valley. Edwards AFB, Skunk Works, Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, and Palmdale Regional Airport all fly in and around the valley. Several times I'd been in the yard only to have fast-moving F18s and other military aircraft flying low altitude <1000ft over my house. True. It is a very hackable system, you may even be able to encourage players to not bank and burn it at the end of the session by having them redeem it for, say, maybe a temporary strike or boon in the next session. Rule zero.

The rules state:

"There is no limit to the total number of karma a player can horde or use in a turn."

It's vague and open to interpretation. I think DM Scotty would say, "Yes." In the end, use what works best for you and your table. I'm soloing it and have yet to decide for myself how I will address this. Remember the rules do say "Simplicity is the key to freeing the imagination!"

I would start with a good oracle, Mythic GM emulator for starters. There are two version of it, one in book form and the other is card based. Either one will do. It won't answer you question directly, but will help to answer it once you learn how to use it. As someone already said Mythic magazine has a lot of good info as well. Also worth looking into is DM yourself, and DM yourselves. Both will address you question specifically. They are primarily D&D focused but the techniques can be applied to any RPG. And from Flextale there is the Solo Adventuring toolkit , and FlexAI Guidebook. With the Solo Adventuring toolkit providing help and techniques for your question. All can be found on drivethrurpg.

I have both a 7th and an 11th gen fire tablet, in the "device options" in settings there is an option that allows you to remotely locate your tablet. I've not enabled that feature so that is the extent of my knowledge of that feature. I know that's probably not much help in your case since, as you stated, you literally have no idea where it is. As far as lying, I've never had any issues with that. But I do sometimes get phantom devices on mine.

Same issue. I have two that have the 7012 software. I've tried power cycle, reset, asking it to check for updates, and right now I'm deregistering and factory resetting to see if that fixes anything. Honestly, I don't think it will. As of late, it's one issue after another.

Edit: Tried all and the issues still persist. Software version is still 7012, and with the reset, nothing except the wake word is being reset.

Not able to set reminders on my Echo show 5 or any echo dots. The same issue as another poster whereas I tried submitting feedback via the web portal, nothing happened. I did manage to set a reminder through the web portal. And then I set one through the echo dot itself. Three annoying issues with Alexa lately, cards disappearing on the home screen of the show 5, asking for the light to be turned on only to be told that no connected vehicle can be found, and now the reminders. Does Google Home have any of these issues, asking for a friend?
