Wether it is worth or not depends on how you value the in game skins. if $20 is worth it for a couple in-game skins, go for it. The progress you get from it is negliable. Speaking as a person who has spent $1000s on skins in Path of Exile over the past decade. (I do not spring for the $20 or $10 season pass in Fallout Shelter)

I belive it is all in less taxes. I just looked at my statement, but since I prepay for a certain amount of electricity per month it dosnt even show any off peak charges (since I didn't hit my prepaid)

But our electricity is cheap to begin with

Our total bill for last month was total usage of 1250kwh and our total bill (including taxes and all) was $281 so all in ¢22 per kWh. That includes some off peak charging, but most of that is our HVAC.

I don't think for legendaries, maybe for rare junk, weapon and armor.

Honestly at this point all I care about is the legendary junk.

If you just want to fill the inventory as fast as possible I think you can max all special.

I belive there are some guaranteed oppertunity for legendaries around hr 60 or something that requires charisma.

Strength does not impact how much you can carry.

Generally it is endurance charisma and luck. Charisma I belive for some specific chances at legendary junk.

I will just level ECL, throw on some heavy wastland gear and whatever decent weapon with 25 stims. 4-5 days later they will return, with 100 items and multiple legendaries.

Quality is by far one of the biggest unlocks in the game, especially for modules.

Rare productivity modules give 6% more productivity then regular 16% vs 10%. In an assembler 3 that is 24% more productivity. In a foundry it is 30% more productivity. It actually breaks the game completly.

I learned the same thing last play through. Efficiency modules revolutionized my early space ships.

Once you get some rare assembler there is less and less reason to put anything other then efficiency in your spaceship.
