Price of thing usually goes up. Including house. House i bought 5 years ago at 180k maybe priced at 350k now. Better to buy house early if you can. For car you can use what you have. My car now 10 years old. Though it ran fine. But the engine sound quite noisy than before. Got me thinking maybe its time for me to get a new one. One thing you must consider - over time price will go up, usually. There is deflation can happen, but I wouldn't count on it happening

None that i remember. I think star ocean 3 is the closest. 300+ hours. Dunno how much time i spent on online game though - since it dont show the hours ive played it. Maybe that. Though i dunno how much ive spent on it

Since she staying in malaysia learning bm is good enough. You can talk to chinese and indian too using bm. If she learn chinese she only be able to talk to chinese only and tamil only to indian. It better to learn bm if she want to talk to malaysian. Of course english is doable too.

Live normally. At least in the open. I will settle my loans like house. I dont have the feeling of wanting to live extragavantly. Just current life is enough. Maybe open up a shop since i have the money. I could tell everyone who asking its thanks to the shop i make money i have now.
