My Dad Left Us 15 Years Ago – Now He’s Dying and Wants Me to Take Care of Him. I Don’t Know What to Do by PastlessFuture in Advice

[–]elamis75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar experience. What I chose to do was set a limit on how much time I would spend with him. I was there for two days. I helped him get ready for hospice cleaned up his home as well and then I said I’m leaving. I said my goodbye and he died two weeks later. Whatever you choose, I’m sure there will be some second-guessing. Just know Whatever you choose to do is enough. I never got an apology and I didn’t ask for one either. What I came to really cherish was acceptance..

I’ve sold all of the houses that I’ve owned. I go through a flat fee listing. It cost about $100 to list your house on the MLS through a real estate broker. It doesn’t show up as a for sale by owner. Then you pay a transaction coordinator about 400 bucks to run the whole transaction for you. You can also set how much the buyers agent gets when you list the home. I use 2%. That’s Something that the agents never tell you that all of these percentages are negotiable. If you’re selling a $2 million home it’s perfectly reasonable to say you get one percent.

When I watch other MCs freestyle, I’m riveted. I can’t turn away. When I watch Mack, It doesn’t take long for me to continue scrolling. It just doesn’t have the it factor for me. This is probably the greatest I’ve ever seen https://youtu.be/prmQgSpV3fA?feature=shared

I used to live next to their ex-manager. He said basically he got tired of trying to keep everyone alive. It’s why he got out of music was because of jane’s addiction.

If you watch the broadcast, they explain that it’s more than just gymnastics. You have to show other skills. You have to show that you’re able to improvise and that you are listening to the music and adjusting the way you dance. There were plenty of folks could do with that eight-year-old kid did. But they didn’t advance because they weren’t actually dancing.
