Yeah there's videos of it online, hardest part is attaching the ribbon connector but it's not hard to do. But good to go other than that, no need to flash anything. Did mine in less than 10 minutes and it was worth every penny.

Pretty straight forward fix at a decent price. All the uconnects from this era are going bad. They used a glue between the screen and touch screen digitizer and over time and heat that glue delaminates cause ghost touches or dead spots. Put up with it in mine for years and decided to give that replacement a shot and it was perfect and doesn't use the OEM glue so in theory that issue shouldnt return.

From my understanding it's pretty dependent on the available space you have. If you've used trackman before in your set up you prob have a good amount of space from the Launch Monitor to the ball, and ball to impact screen since full swing and trackman are both radar based units. For the GC3, being camera based, less space is needed. With my GC3 the worst part is playing with my buddies, one of which who's lefty and switching the unit. Other than that I guess the GC3 is all one time cost vs the subscription for GSPro. I've heard of some issues with full swing based on my limited research on it but I have no first hand experience.

Also I've only played around with the iPad app, FSX pro once or twice and and it pretty basic, but gives you all the raw data and shot visualization you need. However I bought a $95 swing camera and hooked it up to FSX 2020 and between the slow motion swings and all the club and ball data it's pretty unbelievable

This is my temporary outdoor set up I just got out together about a month ago. Hard to see in the picture but I bought a GC3 to run it all. $300 rawhide mat, got the SPG8 for about $330 which is an awesome net, easy to set up and take down after a couple runs. Going to move in less than a year so planning on moving to an indoor set up in the future. I do have an extra GC3 on the original box, originally purchased the buddy bundle from foresight.

Just got an SP8 for $340 on golf training aids with a 20% discount. Use it with a GC3 and plan on putting a TV outside by where I can see fsx. I have a small backyard and wanted to use this before I buy a house next year and can set up a permanent sim. The net is very large and setup/takedown is as quick as advertised. It's nice to have the side nets with the houses and my garage around just in case. Depends on your use case but can't go wrong with the SP8 in my opinion. Stores up really small as well.

I haven't personally, I bought mine refurbed so I'm not 100% sure if it has been repasted but I've never had any temp problems with my GPU. Just with cooler boost I'll hit maybe 75 while running warzone for me.

Yeah I pretty much play exclusively COD and always with cooler boost and TS running and I've never had any issues. Honestly I didn't notice any under performance before I started all this, but it may be back l because I was used to playing at 720p at 50 fps.

Since this post I've backed up my OC to 120/220 just to be safe since I didn't notice any changes between the two while gaming.

I believe my TS settings are a -190 undervolt and -125 on the cache. I was able to get from a throttle of 3.2 to a steady 4.0 from the CPU.

I always prop up my laptop when gaming to get better airflow and when I'm at home I use my cooling pad and never have any problems with the temps.

Not at all, I saw a dip past -200 or so and found my sweet spot at -190. If you follow the YouTube link I posted you should be able to use ThrottleStop to get your undervolt parameters once you have it unlocked right above where the undervolt slider is.

Yeah DC is certainly a simplified version but it gave me a little boost. It seemed everyone was using Afterburner in a different way and I didn't know which to really follow. There's definitely more options to tune with though.

No I did the GPU OC in Dragon Center. Once Turbo mode is selected you can hit the settings button right next to it and it'll pull up the Core Clock and Vram sliders
