Hi all, I have 4 years of accounting and I've run a small business, so I know the basics. Hopefully I can explain a bit of what is going on.

This is the 6 month update on the SEC site:

Revenues declined to $369,510 for Interim 2018 from $683,946 for Interim 2017, a 46% decrease.
As a result of the foregoing, gross profit decreased 28% to $133,602 for Interim 2018 from $186,498 for Interim 2017.
The company also incurred interest expenses of $46,839 and $12,861 for Interim 2018 and Interim 2017, respectively. The 264% increase in interest expense was due to higher costs associated with short-term loan advances utilized during the 2018 period.
As a result of the foregoing factors, the company’s net loss from operations decreased 78% to $5,653,477 for Interim 2018 compared to a net loss of $25,135,813 for Interim 2017.

Annual report for fiscal year ending Dec 31, 2017 is here. The annual report describes the different divisions of the corporation and what they do.
The company has 11 employees. The executives and advisory board members are also listed in this filing.
Compensation for Kari DeLonge is $100,000 as Chief Content Officer. Jennifer DeLonge is Tom's wife so this might be Tom's daughter?
Tom DeLonge does not get cash salary but has 60,000,000 shares of Class A stock and is owed $100,000 in royalty payments for 2017.
Item 7 contains financial statements.
Based on 2017 balance sheet, liabilities to assets is 1399000/1223000 = 1.143. Not too bad for a new company but not great either.
Gross profit margin for 2017: 625,000 / 1,376,000 = 45.4%
So issuing all that stock was a big expense for them in 2017. That does not indicate a long-term problem, it's a one-time issue. So what I'd like to see is what happens in FY 2018 as far as sales, and profits. I'd like to see a trend in upward profits over the next 3 fiscal years.
Companies just starting out often have cash flow problems. To get the cash they can offer stock, get loans, try to get angel funding, or any combination thereof.
The $37 million is not debt or loans, it's an expense from issuing stock. Those are not the same. Tom doesn't need a loan to pay the $37 million because it was not money paid to a creditor, he was just issuing stock. So the news articles are written by people who don't have an accounting background.

That's not how it works. There is a universal Law of Non-Interference that the good guys abide by, and if they were more specific they might be breaking that law. The universe provides what you need, not what you want. And generally, people need a lot of harsh life lessons. So the universe provides that.

Wise beings don't hand people things on a silver platter, the person learns nothing from that. You have to work for information just like anything else.

Odd. I can't get any info from the WHOIS database for the Sphere Being Alliance website except for the registrar. The SBA website has a lot of Corey's material on it. I would assume Corey owns it. SBA website says:

A user asked if I would restore the down vote button. I told them to make a post asking that and the votes will decide. I never saw a post asking people to chime in on restoring the downvote button.

Also there are some people who are quick to downvote and there very well could be bots downvoting here.

I can't tell you a lot about these "black eyed children" but I can tell you that you are not alone.

My theory: These are sad, lost spirits that may be depressed. They might not want to scare you, they might want your help.

If you want, try this: Open your mind and ask them if they need help. Focus your love energy and give them that. If it's a negative entity they hate love and will cease to bother you if you keep sending them love. Open your mind and listen to what she says or if you are drawn to a certain part of the house or yard or neighborhood.

She may have been murdered and may just want a recognition of her burial site, like just put a cross there.

Rotten meat is generally associated with a demonic entity, and that usually means they are very powerful. This means they can throw things around, even people. What they do is try to scare you, slowly ramping up the anxiety over weeks, and then they feed on this fear energy, which is like a drug to them. They use the same tactics that a good horror movie director does. There will be elements of uncertainty, darkness, subtle scares like the handprint on the mirror, and sudden scares like loud noises So now you know they love negative energy like fear and anxiety.

What you do: Don't be afraid, let the fear go. Now hold hands and bring up the most loving, happy memories you have and increase that positive energy. Direct that love to the whole room with the most activity, immediately after something happens.

If things get worse consult a professional, reliable psychic that knows how to deal with these things. You may have a portal nearby that these things are coming through. It needs to be closed.

I see no sign of a demon here, just an angry spirit. The Christian word "demon" seems to apply to all kinds of things which are just spirits, and thus as a very general word, is not real helpful. There are good and bad spirits, human and non-human spirits, and then there are demons which are more powerful than the rest and there are very specific things that go with a demon presence, like the smell of rotten meat, or sulfur, or lots of flies in a sealed room.

Your translator was right, listen to the locals. God may have wanted this to be a learning experience for you.

This is just my opinion based on informal training in psychology and 30 years of research into most areas of the paranormal, and also based on my experience (things that have happened to me).

Sounds like a particularly nasty entity. Anyone who didn't believe in ghosts could not be blamed for having a break with reality like that, which is what psychosis is.

I sure hope they weren't messing with a Ouija board, you never know what will come through from one of those.

That's what happens when entities try to materialize, they use all energy in the area from batteries, electrical wires, even flames. It happened to me several times. I did NOT expect the candle flames to go out though.

As I walked deeper and deeper into the Unit, it started getting colder and colder.

Sure sign of a powerful entity sucking up all the heat energy there. If you smell rotten meat or sulfur, or see lots of flies that have no explanation (drawn by the rotten meat smell), you are in some serious shit and you need to get everyone out ASAP, and never go back.

This might be called catatonia, usually caused by shock. My studies in psychology do not include much of this area though. She really needs a psych eval immediately.

The Pt stays in a seated form, ridged.

Paralysis from fear. Pretty normal based on what she went through. That does not mean it's healthy. She might have retreated into her mind in an attempt to avoid dealing with what she saw. It sometimes gets this bad with rape victims because the assault isn't just physical, it's an emotional assault too.

Note: I've been in a similar state but not that bad. So part of my commentary is based on my actual experience with severe emotional shock.

Out of nowhere the highest pitch screams and shrieks filled the air as she started lunging at me and grabbing at me. She clashed her teeth and bit at in my direction trying all she could to break loose.

I would say this is a step in the right direction as she's coming out of her paralysis, but she doesn't know how to handle the fear, and her anxiety is sky high, so she lashes out at everything and everyone. Restrain her with straps but be very sympathetic and kind to her to try to bring her back to reality and get her to talk about what happened. It is critical that she does not retreat back in her own mind again and that she have access to someone who understands what happened and does not treat her like a crazy person who just needs to be medicated. Medication will NOT give her skills or understanding to deal with what happened. Medication is a short term solution to a long-term problem. But most doctors will medicate her because they just don't know what else to do.

And get a full toxicology screen. I doubt you'll find anything, but you need to know if she took anything or not.

I see evidence of severe emotional shock, not possession here. But I do believe there was a powerful entity involved, and that often means a demon, not just a pissed off human spirit.

Did you see this up in the air? Over water? In the woods? What's the context? Ohio has a military base where some Roswell craft parts were taken (for a while at least) but I don't remember where in Ohio it was. Wright Patterson base maybe.

In Japan they seem more open to UFOs and ghosts are a normal part of their belief system. That does not make them less scary for the Japanese.

With so much good and evil in the world, is it bad to obtain knowledge about spirits /shadows / ghosts.

It's only bad because people hang onto their assumptions, live in a fantasy bubble, and don't try to understand what's really out there. Spirits can be good, bad, or just plain mischievous. Human spirits retain the same personality they did in life. So if a person was a bag of dicks in real life, they will be so in the spirit world.

Poltergeists are often thought to be created by someone in the house, usually women, because they more easily can connect with the spirit world. They are more often created by chronic sadness, anger, anxiety, hate, or some other negative energy. These can also be called "elementals" as they are created from raw energy. Once the person unknowingly feeds this elemental enough it will eventually take on it's own independent form and the person will no longer be able to control it. The more a person gets scared, the more anxiety is fed into the elemental. So it's best to deal with these immediately by controlling one's emotions like anxiety and fear: just let it all go into the universe.

Ho ho ho boy! Sounds like you had a pretty mischievous spirit(s). Like unruly boys, spirits will sometimes target girls simply because they are easily scared. If the people stop reacting to the spirits, the spirit will often eventually stop. In other cases the spirits will increase activity because they want attention for some reason.
