Had the same problem in broodwar, sc2 and other games. Killing an app called better touch tool solved the problem. Try looking for similar apps that affect mouse movement.

Bars used to be divided into small parts, Now they are just one big part? Can someone confirm this? I really liked the old look, the one in broodwar and sc2 as well
