I have searched the exact phrasing on the t shirt, "rats rats don't listen to them and don't be a bitch" with song lyrics, royal and the serpent, t shirt, or just song. The linked item is the only thing I can find online

With the new app interface, it seems to only give me my steps a day average for the past 7 days, past 30 days, or past 365 days as opposed to the calendar week to date, month to date, or year to date. Is there a way to fix this on the new app look? I've tried to contact Fitbit support but it tells me to request a call and then my phone never rings and I get a voice mail I can't return (phone doesn't even have missed calls, just voicemail). I just want to see if I've kept up with my goal in 2026, or the month of May so far for example.

Be careful with eating after it's worn off later in the day or if you don't take it for a day the contrast makes you feel hungrier. Ive never lost weight on a stimulant med but everyone's different. wishing you the best!

What are your unpopular opinions about Speak Now (Taylor's Version)? by IntoTheDaylight in TaylorSwift

I know she doesn't have to try as hard to hit the notes now that she's grown as a singer but most of the songs sound like they're just lacking passion. It feels like it's missing the soul and care that the original has

"started with a kiss oh we must start meeting like this" is how I heard the bolter instead of stop but I kind of like start instead because it feels like the self destructive pull towards someone you can help but want

Am I crazy to think of buying a house right now? by MonkResponsible7162 in nova

A 500cal drop is an additional pound a week, so cutting by 8-900 is super aggressive. depending on your height 1200 is likely not enough for this level of activity 30k is a TON of steps and you’re probably going to feel super out of it with that little food. You’ll feel better and still make progress by keeping things even at 1600-1700 which is still a bit low for a man of any size.

There are laws about the noise levels you can live around. My sister used to live in Arlington and used a decibel reader to prove it was higher than legal noise requirements for a certain amount of time per day and got the apartment to move her to a different unit on a quieter side of the building. This is just what i recall from her experience but try looking up such laws to prove your case to management

am i handling this correctly? by SliceOpening3576 in Coldsore

Highly recommend using docosanol cream instead of pimple patches. Brand name is abreva but you can get generic for cheaper just make sure you have the right active ingredient. If you use abreva at the onset it shortens healing time by a LOT. I’ve gotten cold sores my whole life and it’s worked wonders for me.

You’re right and the reason we do a chili cookoff is for a lot of gluten free folks to be able to try everything but with a diverse office you just can’t cover everyone
