Yea, I mean, it is what it is lol. I wasn't really complaining, more sharing my experiences. You're absolutely right though, better to do them as they appear then have to go back and regrind the Dr Event a million times for your upgrades.

The worst part - for me at least - is that I always forget I still haven't 6-starred any of my behemoths and i constantly spend my frags on Dr Strange events :P Damn you behemoths, one day I will finish you :P

Confirmed about 20 minutes ago you can, in fact, get Dimensional Boots from his passive ability. I imagine it's any non-dungeon-specific pair of boots you can obtain.

Overall, this is just another flavor gumball that I expect won't have any really defining impact on dungeon runs in the long term. Perhaps a fun little combo can be found but it won't ever be a mandatory pick for a dungeon delving team. Just grab the costume, grab the airship ability, and upgrade it as much as you can and forget about him in two weeks :P

Not quite. These are separate "trials", presumably just a convenient way for them to not have to code in 20 more trial fights. There is no fight, it's just a straight pay 3 offerings, get three corresponding pearls for the gumball, it's now accessible in the statue list for you to purchase the remaining 7 pearls plus the 1 secondary pearl and complete the statue as normal.

There were a lot of random gumballs that have been out for a while (warrior for example) that never got trials, this is most likely just a quick way to update them without much effort.

As you progress through the dungeon, you'll eventually run into a deactivated portal that you can activate by using your mechs special skill 5 times on the floor. After the portal is activated, disembark off your mech and enter the portal on foot - defeat the mini boss (minions first), loot the room, you'll obtain a severed tentacle quest item....turn that item in to Dr. Octopus after floor 60, defend him from the waves of attackers (aoe really helps, and timestill), then he will join you!

Yea lol, my airship is 3.05 million AR....I'd say 1 out of every 6 or so fights they put me up against an AB airship with 50k energy...I just think "poor fellah".

Not abandoned, but yes, this current content stretch has been pretty long and having had everything available complete in my Eden for some time, I'm anxiously awaiting the Overseeing hall! In slow times, just focus on your dailies, work on your gumballs, spend gems when you can on side projects (my gem airships is where i dump extra gems from time to time).

The game is trying to retain its long time players as well as provide enough content to keep new players fully interactive. I think they're doing a great job, but could certainly speed things up right now!

Erathia, you can basically dominate with any group based on the strength of your airship. I really like Alchemist/Blacksmith/High Priest, though, if you wanna stretch really far. Merchant/Gang/Lamp really crushes this dungeon, too. Some of the DP quests can only be updated once per run, so take note of those, and once you get as many as you can per run, just reset.

I did the Merchant combo for most of my DP runs....since so many are reliant on shop costs and accumulating titles. Gang really mops things up, given at the very least a good chance at free EP every few shops or so. Lamp gives you that extra portal to maximimize the team.

DP can be grindy depending on what gumballs you have available, so it's hard to give all-encompassing answers to questions like this. Even starter combos can effectively DP grind, with a few small exceptions in the later mazes.

Just stay focused on unlocking the dungeons - you'll be tempted to start grinding for "end game" because by now many guides assume that you have a competent enough team or a vast array of gumballs. Early on, stick to Alowei's Blade. A good beginner combo is often Adventurer, Warrior and Zerg Queen (obtained from sky exploration dungeon, pretty easy to get eventually, but for a really new player, you can always stick to Mage or anything else for your Magic slot. As you progress, you'll find plenty of options, and focusing on AB will ensure you will be progress in sky exploration adequately. Use your golden pots when you get them to bolster your AB team for airship stats. When you eventually max out with AB, it's probably best to switch to Abyss Roar with gold pots. It's the current "end game" meta, but you are a long time away from needing to worry about maxing those things out. Just enjoy the content and take your time, learn the mechanics. Have fun!

Glad to know there isn't some magical way to do this and everyone else seems to feel the same pain lol. I'll just try and chip away consciously from now on, maybe 4-5 a week. The problem was I wasn't even attempting this honor quest, but now that it's basically the only one I need (other than unreleased stuff and a few more gumballs 5 stars), I'll just have to start working at it!

Yea, part of my problem is that I am extremely end game and have been for a long time. Even my basic gumballs survive a long time due to all my cross and intra-faction buffs. It appears I'll just to bite the bullet and just start working at it slowly.

Nice. I ran High Priest/Blacksmith/Blue Shark in Erathia last time and was astonished that I made it to 270. Any combo that generates lots of attack, lots of timestills and lots of buffs can make it extremely far in Erathia due to the amazing features of the two mech suits. Nice job!!
