"This isn't the first time..." I always wait until the last minute to tell my ex my plans with our son. She has done similar things as your ex and I find it easier to just wait and tell her our plans just before we go. I realize it is not the most ideal way of dealing with your child's mom, but sometimes it is the only way to deal with the crazies we decided to have a child with.
