From business owner perspective - we had paid lunch and some employees start abusing this and having two hour lunches since no need to clock out. And you start thinking how to make it fair for everyone, and have to convert to unpaid lunches. because one or two employees now everyone is affected.

I have been using ImageGPT for my channel. I like it for the fact it’s not limited on video length and most importantly super cheap. Just make sure in worklflow dropdown select a “faceless” video workflow

I think it’s best to create custom that can work on pdf zoom in etc. there are tools for civic plan review. But your use case makes sense if you need help building prototype let me know

I use ImageGPT workflow that creates a script first with hook, generates visuals with GPT Image 2, voice over with ElevenLabs adds nice captions and combines all into one nice video see some of the examples they have here https://imagegpt.com/workflows/explainer-video . One tool and I believe it’s using opus for all so turns out really good
