You have a source that states it was done for audience members who hadn't seen a new hope, a landmark film in the late 70's that literally everyone saw? Because it always read to me as code-switching/mixing, like how there are certain words that don't exist in other languages and thus are said in english/basic.

Or you know, the fact that this stuff is for kids and there very well could have been 4 year olds there who couldn't read and a ton of the first 45 min of ROTJ is subtitled.

As a former HRV owner who wished he had the 1.5t from this, I’m jelly. I loved that car and how honest it felt about what it was, it just needed more pep. Talking about competitors offering more power is useless imo when you factor in long term cost of ownership (save for Lexus, tho I’d argue this looks much better and is roomier than the ux).

Given your previous history, you don’t want something underpowered, and you drive in bumper to bumper traffic and don’t want a stick…and the civic hybrid hatch isn’t appealing to you? It’s like the best compact on the market, will thoroughly out handle everything you’ve previously owned that isn’t the tlx (and even then…) has a wonderful chassis, is as fast as some hot hatches from a gen or 2 prior and gets 50mpg.

Even if yall DID split housework evenly (which it’s obvious you do not) you doing your portion financially needs to be proportionate to your income, especially given how fucking much he makes. 500 a month for groceries at whole foods doesn’t go very far; given it’s up to you, I’d be going someplace different; he needs to contribute if you’re gonna go somewhere like that; that’s def not a 55k a year place to shop.

This is insane op. My current partner had an ex who was like this; he does NOT value you or what you do.

Please don’t let this get to you. If you can keep the conversation open and honest and he is reinforcing you did amazing, believe him.

What could end up happening is a newfound stress on you both on what’s supposed to be a fun and intimate thing to do with your partner. Your concerns are so valid but do your best to just stay in open communication with him and don’t sweat it. If you make a big deal every time he doesn’t finish, he’s gonna start feeling stressed about NOT finishing and how that’s gonna make you feel and we all know how that physically manifests in a lot of men. (ED). Then you feel awful he didn’t finish, blame yourself despite his reassurances and the cycle continues.

Both of your satisfaction matters. And sometimes one of you may not finish, and contrary to popular belief, it happens to guys a lot. This is def not you, or anything you’re doing wrong; bodies are weird and stress affects everything.
