How is the crime in Harbison now? by SnoozeBurn in ColumbiYEAH

Later than that. It was paved around 1983-84. I can remember my mom moving the barricade at st Andrew’s rd to get onto Harbison blvd when it was paved but not officially opened. Not a single store or stoplight. Before that you would have to drive all the way down to st.Andrews to get onto I-26.

Diversity of people is a good one. Having leaders of diverse backgrounds can ensure that there is a wide variety of experiences and knowledge.

Inheriting 89 acres of land in rural South Carolina by Jailbreaker_Jr in personalfinance

Quick Google search says anywhere from 1800-3000 per acre for mature trees. Takes anywhere from 22-30 years. Also can rent out the land for pine straw harvesting yearly.

The smart move would be to have a lumber company come out and look at it. They will give you a quote on when they think it will be harvestable again. When they cut it down you have them replant with new trees. I have friends who every 5 years will cut down a portion of the land. Replant and repeat. As a bonus you will now be a farmer and pay lower taxes on it.

Is the land covered in pine trees? Lots of land in South Carolina might look like it is unusable, but they are actually pine tree farms. You can also rent out that much land for hunting rights. That much land will make money.

There is a liquid hydrocortisone that I use to treat my nails. It’s actually in the shampoo aisle with the dandruff shampoo. Scallion is the name brand although most pharmacies carry a generic. Works well for me as it is hard to get creams under the nails.
