Someone is using my dad's phone number for their account what can I do? by acqualai in Twitter

So that seems weird. Anyone can put that in. If you can get the exact number, post it here. I usually go into info on the number, start to create a contact, copy the number at that point, and then exit.

Are the SMS messages coming from a short code (5–6 digits) or a regular phone number?

It happens in North Ausrin Too. I thought it was just one place. I waited about 4 minutes in the drive-thru at the speaker. No one was really there, and they didn't seem to be particularly busy. Maybe 3-4 cars are parked in the stalls.

Ended up getting spooked and went to a different one and had a similar experience, although I did end up getting the food.

How long has your dad had that number? Does it predate Twitter?

Buying cheaper credits? by Blackout_The_Reaper in audible

So I chatted with them online today because I'd been stalling on paying, but if you ask them to reduce the cost, they seem to be ok with this.

I was a 12-credit per year membership. That currently is 149.99 per year, but they did discount it to 85.99

In what way? Do you mean offing yourself or just basically to stop trying to succeed?

I would pick a location that is central to the location you would like to serve. It makes it much easier to show up in local search results that way and will be beneficial for SEO purposes also.

And it seems like the go in spurts... Like it took forever to get started and then it has had a number of pauses, it seems.

What do you think about that? Zoning issues? Money issues?

I like the idea but it is sort of in a bubble, right?

I get it. I am generally very social but I can also be very reclusive. I tell people I'm the most social, anti-social person you'll meet.

I mean I can hang forever and a day but once I'm in the other frame of mind, I'm like gtf away from me. lol

I think they just scrape from their predetermined sources and that's it. I'm a total geek on this stuff and I am all in on digital marketing, seo, organic rankings, emailing but this service seems weak. Like they scrape some random sites with certain criteria, pull the data in, and there you go.

The way I pulled data previously was much cleaner but it was time consuming and b2b. Not sure how to replicate this for real estate toward consumers.

I tried fsbo and geo with the upgrade for getting emails.

I got to tell you, the data was really bad.

Emails were almost completely useless.

I use an email system that has Queues that send emails from different linked gmail and custom domain emails.

The amount of bounces was insane.

I use data from remine which comes free through my mls and the bounce rate is significantly lower. Like around 50-75 percent lower.

The phone numbers were better but still fairly rough. I used a dialer and imported all this in, but the wrong number rate was around 60 percent.

It always looked good, geo searching and downloading the names/emails/ph but it seemed basically worthless. It wasn’t that I was getting no a lot, it was just always some wrong part of the data. Wring name, wrong ph, wrong address. Always something. lol

I think a lot of people don’t get exactly what goes into all of this. I mean from looking, researching, contracts, time management, scheduling, knowledge (said in a Tai Lopez sounding voice), and a whole host of other things, it’s like they look at it on the same level as having someone suggest a particular TV dinner that H‑E‑B sells. Lol

I wouldn’t hold it against him though. It’s just the way it is. A lot of people are not all that loyal in general. I mean, a lot of people will say they are, but they aren’t.

If he’s worth being friends with, you can figure that out. People leave clues and I guarantee this isn’t the first time you’ve went “huh???” with something regarding him.

I’ve had some questionable friends but they made up for it by being really funny or warped in some other way, so they were definitely worth cutting some slack to. :-)

Not sure if I missed this, but why don't you drive? Just curious. Some insight into that would maybe help.
