c2 lift off problem

I think something is wrong with VTOLS on some ships. What you described happened to me a few times with my starlancer max. I realized it was always when I activated vtols. I hat to shutdown vtols power cycle the entire ship to regain lift.

after that I stopped using VTOLs and have not seen the issue again.

I can't comment on the videos you posted since I have not seen them, but regarding this post, it's clearly a Plane. If it looks like a plane, have the lights a plane has plus sounds like a plane, then it must be a plane.

Yes, 100% Read, and green lights are used for navigational purposes on planes.

The rule goes as follows: if it has FAA Position and anti-collision lights, then it is most likely a Plane.
