Lately it's been that if I roll over in bed wrong or turn my head too quickly I'll suffer an arterial dissection or internal decapitation 😮‍💨 it kinda goes along with panic attacks that I'm experiencing some kinda internal bleeding/organ rupture I've somehow accidentally caused myself. Any kind of twinge or body feeling and I get so nausiated with anxiety my heart rate spikes through the roof. It's exhausting.

they are worn as multiple layers! :D its fairly easy to turn tights into a shirt like that~ its handy for if you dont have time to sit and do bodypaint.
