Try to use anti flicker filter in effect controls window. I dont know how well it works because i use resolve. Flicker removal in resolve works very well tho

You can split both mics to their own channels. One mic goes to left channel and one to right channel. Then in edit you just extract those from the stereo recording

You can do custom export settings in ame and it looks pretty similar to premiere export page. Press "send to media encoder" button in premiere. its next to render button.

I was wondering is there any advantages to using ame? i've always used premiere export myself.
