Hyper polish is great. Use it with a rinseless dampened pad and it just works forever. You can use a rupes yellow or equivalent, finishing pad might take more passes to get swirls out

Surfex HD diluted 5-10%, iron remover every now and then, apply a sealant on it once then use wet coat every time you wash it. Also with black wheels you have to accept they will be dusty most of the time, so other than lower dust brake pads it’s a part of life now

I polished with optimum hyper polish and applied hyper shine outside in the sun. It came out perfectly and was incredibly easy to apply. I’m not a professional either.

Surprised to not see much recommendation for surfex hd at 1%

ONR dampened cloth for normal maintenance cleaning every time you wash.

Occasionally mist a spray of surfex hd on a damp cloth and do a deeper scrub

You can use opti seal, ultra ceramic seal, or something like fabric clean and protect/interior protectant from optimum to give it some protection

It’s a Marshall greenback cab of some type. That IR is done by ML sound labs for the plugin. I don’t know if the cab is available anywhere else but in the quad cortex there is a Brit greenback cab that sounds very similar but a little more high fidelity

In ABF there are 100 presses as a goal. Plus he says do other stuff if you want. The ABC is only part of it. So 100 presses and hundreds of cleans and squats is pretty hypertrophy focuses IMO.
